Project Development and Execution Unit

It is the unit that manages all processes of projects from the idea stage to the implementation and finalization stage. This unit coordinates the projects with R&D laboratories and technology development groups after the applications are collected from the Application and Support Centers.

The unit provides calendar, resource, task and team management at every stage of the projects; Monitors the execution of tasks at the correct times and efficiently. In addition, it monitors project progress, identifies risks and makes necessary guidance, thus ensuring the systematic implementation of innovative ideas.
